EPW - Patek Philippe, Genève, 43mm, very thin with 7.5mm front-to-rear thickness with crystal included, platinum OF original Patek Philippe case, silvered dial with applied white gold indices, signature in black, seconds-register markings in dark blue, SW-SS, lever escapement with capped escape wheel, fausses-côtes pattern nickel damascene, twin Genève seals, s#891237. Comes as pictured with a leather box marked for retailer A.H. Hadley of Philadelphia. Gross weight of assembled watch 34.1 dwt (53.1 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, small abrasion to balance cock near screw, few scattered fine to micro-fine scratches; dial nearly flawless in visible portion, indices with some toning; nearly mint hands; case shows hardly any wear, small marring, small patches of abrasion, and short scratches around upper perimeter of rear from rough and slipped past openings, scattered fine to micro-fine handling scratches to brushed finish of rear, no dents or dings; tight bow, crown shows hardly any wear; good glass crystal. Box interior recess is somewhat larger than present watch so we suspect it is unlikely to be this watch's original retailer's box, box shows light wear, exterior leather torn along hinge so upper and lower portions are now secured only by silk inner liner, good front snap latch.
